Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang powder(YFFZBJ)on the diabetes mellitus mice and the changes of inflammatory factor and intestinal flora.Methods:Diabetes mellitus(DM)mice models were induced by injecting streptozotocin.The DM mice divided into three group:Control groupwith physiological sa-line gavage treatment;Traditional chinese medicine(TCM)group with YFFZBJ gavage treatment;and Statin group with simvastatin gavage treatment;After treatment 28 days,the level of blood sugar,blood fat,and LPS were ana-lyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer,the level of IL-6 were detected by ELISA,and the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were counted by qPCR.Results:Compared to before treatment,the level of FPG,TG,TC,LDL, LPS,and IL-6 were significantly reduced in TCM group and Statin groupafter treatment(P<0.05),the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were obviously improved(P< 0.05),and the level of HDL had no significantly changed(P>0.05).Compared to control group after treatment,the level of FPG,TG,TC,LDL,LPS,and IL-6 in TCM group and Statin groupafter treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the level of HDL had no significantly changed(P>0.05). Compared to Statin group after treatment,the level of FPG,TG,TC,LDL,LPS,IL-6 and the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in TCM group after treatment were significantly changed(P<0.05),and the level of FBG and HDL had no significantly changed(P>0.05).Conclusion:YFFZBJ powder treated diabetes mellitus by improved the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium,reduced the expression of LPS andIL-6,and improve blood sugar and blood fat metabolism.关键词
