Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on regulating the expression of aquaporin 2(Aquaporin,AQP2)in renal tissue and its correlation with the effect of promoting blood circulation and diuresis. Methods:30 rats were divided into normal group,model group and Danshen group,the model group and Salvia milti-orrhiza group using quantitative preparation against blood stasis models,the model group and the control group with normal saline 10μl/g orally,Salvia miltiorrhiza group Salvia 1g/kg gavage,continued for 1 weeks,1 weeks after using immunohistochemical method in three groups were observed in AQP2 protein expression,to observe the pathological changes in renal tissue,local muscle.Results:Salvia miltiorrhiza group on urine volume(24.67 ± 4.13)ml,model group(13.24 ± 2.15)ml,normal group(7.11 ± 0.87)ml,Salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);model group,the concentration of AQP2 in renal tissue of AQP2 expression and Western blot expression respectively(13.13 ± 0.85)and(1156.74 ± 98.59),(0.32 ± 0.06)mg/L,Danshen group were(7.99 ± 0.57),(694.31 ± 23.46),(0.12 ± 0.03)mg/L,the model group was significantly higher than that of Danshen group(P<0.05),normal group and Danshen group in the above three indicators on the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Histopathological damage,local muscle fiber cable model group,inflammatory cell infiltration around significant glomerular dilated,epithelial hyperplasia,capillary dilation of renal tubule degeneration, swelling,capillary congestion significantly.Salvia miltiorrhiza group of muscle fibers near normal renal tubular inter-stitial change significantly,only a handful of telangiectasia,but the degree was lighter,and the normal muscle fiber structure clear,normal glomerular,renal tubular epithelial cells arranged in neat.Therefore,the application of Salvia miltiorrhiza group could promote the normal pathological tissue of model mice.Conclusion:the effect of Salvia milti-orrhiza on promoting blood circulation and diuresis may be related to the decrease of AQP 2 level.关键词
