三金片联合莫西沙星治疗更年期女性尿路感染临床研究
Clinical study on sanjin tablet combined with moxifloxacin in treating urinary tract infection in menopausal women
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on the efficacy and quality of life of menopausal women with urinary tract infection.Methods:106 cases of menopa-usal women with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups(n= 53),the control group was trea-ted with moxifloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Sanjin tablets.The therapeutic effect,Immune function(including CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+ /CD8+,secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA)),quality of life and other indicators of the impact.Results:The cure rate of the control group was 32.08%,the total effective rate was 73. 59%.The cure rate was 47.17% and the total effective rate was 90.57%.The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+, CD4+,SIgA and CD4+ /CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD8+ Higher than before treatment(P<0.05),the observation group after treatment above the level was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanjin tablets com-bined with moxifloxacin can improve the efficacy of urinary tract infection in menopausal women,improve immune function and improve quality of life.关键词
