坤泰胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者性激素水平变化的影响研究
The effect of Kuntai capsule on hormones in patients with uterine fibroids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Kuntai capsule on hormones in patients with uterine fibroids, provide reference for clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:We selected 80 cases of patients with uterine fi-broids,divided into control group and observation group,two groups of patients were given Mifepristone treated ther-apy,the observation group treated with Kuntai capsule treated therapy,maintenance therapy 3 months.Estradiol, progesterone,luteinizing hormone and follicle,uterine fibroids volume and uterine volume of two groups before and after treatment were measured,the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:Serum Estradiol,progesterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle showed no significant difference of before treatment in patients with two groups(P>0.05),after treatment than lower than that before treatmentin in patients with two groups(P<0.05),the above in-dex level of the observation group lower than that the control group of after treatment(P<0.05).Uterine fibroids volume and uterine volume showed no significant difference of before treatment in patients with two groups(P>0. 05),after treatment than lower than that before treatmentin in patients with two groups(P<0.05),the above index level of the observation group lower than that the control group of after treatment(P<0.05).The tocolysis success rate was 95.00% of the observation group higher than that of the control group was 77.50%(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Decline of Kuntai capsule on hormones in patients with uterine fibroids,to reduce the volume of uterine fibroids, curative effect affirmation.关键词
