当归-川芎对原发性痛经患者雌激素水平变化、炎症因子表达情况的影响
Effect of Danggui and Chuanxiong on the changes of estrogen level and expression of inflammatory factors in primary dysmenorrhea patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the changes of estrogen levels,inflammatory factors and clinical therapeutic effects of Danggui and Chuanxiong on primary dysmenorrheal patients.Methods:102 patients with primary dys-menorrhea were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,56 cases in each group.During the menstrual period,the control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Danggui and Chuanxiong.Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,compared two groups of treatment effect,estrogen level changes,inflammatory factors expression,adverse re-action risk difference.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Two groups of pa-tients before treatment the serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)no significant difference(P> 0.05);after treatment in observation group than in control group.E2,P higher than the control group,there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Two groups of patients before treatment serum tumor necrosis factor al-pha(TNF-alpha),C reactive protein(CRP)and serum amyloid A(SAA)was no significant difference(P>0.05);the observation group after treatment of serum TNF-,CRP,SAA levels were lower than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reac-tions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui and Chuanxiong in treating primary dysmenorrhea can play a good therapeutic effect,helps to regulate estrogen level in the body,reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines in serum,and no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
