Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of Yishen Chuyu decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate on serumTNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP inPolycysticovary syndrome.Methods:95 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into study group(48 cases)and control group(47 cases).The study group was treated with Yishen Chuyu decoction combined with clomiphene citrate,while the control group was treated with clomiphene cit-rate.The levels of TNF-α,CRP and IGF-1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)before and after the treatment of three menstrual cycles.The levels of sex hormones were measured by chemiluminescence assay and the TCM symptom scores were recorded.The clinical efficacy,Response rate.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% and 70.2% in the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IGF-1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Study group after treatment,the improvement of sex hormone levels were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Com-pared with clomiphene citrate alone,Yishen Chuyu decoction combined with clomiphene citrate has a significant ther-apeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome.The specific mechanism of action may be related to reducing body mi-croinflammatory factor,inhibiting insulin-like grow th factor,and improving female reproduction Related gonadal se-cretion of serum sex hormones to effectively adjust,and then provide the material basis for the maturity of the egg and discharge related.关键词
