Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine bath on serum transferrin and C-reactive protein in neonatal jaundice.Methods:Eighty-three children with neonatal jaundice were selected.Ac-cording to random number table method,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group 42 cases,treatment group 41 cases.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the treatment group was given a self-made Chinese herbal bath on the basis of the control group.The levels of CRP,TRF,TBIL, TBA,ALP,AST and ALT,the total effective rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were ob-served.Results:The level of CRP in the control group(16.75 ± 1.59)mg/L was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(10.37 ± 1.13)mg/L,and the level of TRF in the treatment group(1.72 ± 0.24)g/L was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group(1.53 ± 0.23)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TBIL and TBA in the control group(105.41 ± 21.46)μmol/L,(28.31 ± 4.05)μmol/L were significantly higher than those in the treatment group(58.35 ± 8.29,22.81 ± 3.28)mg/L The levels of ALP,AST,ALT in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(218.21 ± 32.40 mmol/L,(49.87 ± 6.92)mmol/L,(158.11 ± 21.67)mmol/L.The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05)in the treatment group(171.38 ± 28.64)mmol/L,(44.96 ± 6.23)mmol/L,(103.26 ± 15.01)mmol/L. The total effective rate was 95.12% in the treatment group and 76.19% in the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-Chinese medicine bathing can increase transferrin levels,reduce C-reactive pro-tein levels,improve the total efficiency of jaundice treatment,reduce the overall incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
