Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Danhong injection on vascular endothelial function,inflammation index and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in hypertensive patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clin-ical data of 146 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 73 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine.The observation group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group.After two courses of treatment(one course of 14 days),the vas-cular endothelial function,inflammation index and amino terminal Brain natriuretic peptide levels.Results:The blood pressure control rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(90.41% vs 75.34%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)The difference between the observa-tion group and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group improved signifi-cantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the two groups of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,MMP-9 and NT-proBNP were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelium-dependent vasodilation(FMD)and the contrac-tile function(NMD)of vascular endothelial function index of the two groups were significantly lower than those be-fore treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment and observation period,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection in the treatment of hyperten-sion has good vascular endothelial function,reduce inflammation and reduce the role of NT-proBNP,worthy of clini-cal application.关键词
