沙参麦冬汤加减联合GP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效研究
Study on clinical effect of Shashen Maidong decoction combind with GP chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Shashen Maidong decoction combined with gemcitabine plus cispla-tin(GP)clinical curative effect of chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients 68 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.34 patients in control group received only GP chemotherapy,the treatment group of 34 cases treated with Shashen Maidong decoction based on the control group.Results:After 2 cycles of treatment,the improvement of immune function in the treat-ment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of QLQ-C43 quality of life in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).The adverse reaction of patients in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),TCM syndrome score of patients in the treatment group(19.01 ± 0.37)was lower than that of control group(27.37 ± 0.95)(P<0.05),the recent clinical efficacy of treatment group patients(25/34)than the control group(20/34)(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Shashen Maidong decoction can ef-fectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve the immune function of patients,reduce the incidence of ad-verse reaction of chemotherapy.关键词
