摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Shenmai combined with western medicine treatment in patients with systemic sclerosis pulmonary fibrosis and their influence on Airway remodeling.Methods:56 cases of systemic sclerosis pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the combination of Shen Maifei lung treat-ment,after the end of treatment to assess the treatment effect of the two groups of patients、CT and serum airway re-modeling.Results:There was no significant difference in the CT and serum airway remodeling indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the mean wall thickness(WTmean)The area/total cross-sectional area ratio(WA%),airway wall thickness /diameter ratio(TDR%)were decreased(P<0. 05),and the observation group was better than the control group.The levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),hyaluronic acid(HA)and procollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ)were decreased by P<0.05),And the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai combined with West-ern medicine treatment can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with Systemic sclerosis pulmonary fibrosis,in-hibit airway remodeling.关键词
