Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Ya'an tea combined with simvastatin on blood lipidvalue、ca-rotid plaque size and treatment compliance in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:75 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group was given Ya'an tea combined with simvastatin to treat;the control group was given simvastatin treatment only.Evaluation of efficacy after 2 months.Results:After the end of treatment,both groups of patients with total cholesterol、triglycerides were reduced(P<0.05),high density lipopro-tein cholesterol were increased(P<0.05),carotid atherosclerotic plaque Become smaller(P<0.05),and the observa-tion group of the indicators were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The patient compliance and clinical total effective rate of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reaction rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion:Ya'an tea combined with simvastatin in the treat-ment of the value of blood lipid and carotid atherosclerotic plaque is positive.And patient compliance is increase.It could ef-fectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce adverse reactions.Itis worthy of clinical application.关键词
