芪参益气滴丸治疗肝纤维化疗效研究
Clinical effect of Qishenyiqi dripping pills in patients with hepatic fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qishenyiqi dripping pills and the effects on TIMP-1、MMP-1 in patients with hepatic fibrosis.Methods:106 patients with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into con-trol group and observe group.The control group were treated withconventional therapy.The observe group were treated with Qishenyiqi dripping pills on the basis of control group.The efficacy,level of TIMP-1 and MMP-1 and side effect were analyzed in the control and observe group.Results:The efficacy in observe group(77.4%)signifi-cantly enhanced than that in the control group(50.91%)(P<0.05).Level of TIMP-1 in control group and observe group after treatment significantly decreased than that before treatment(P< 0.05).After treatment,Level of TIMP-1 in observe group significantly decreased than that of control group(P<0.05).Level of MMP-1 treatment significantly enhanced than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,Level of MMP-1 in observe group significantly enhanced than that of control group(P<0.05).There is no side effect in control group and observe group.Conclusion:Qishenyiqi dripping pills is worth to clinical application for better efficacy and safety.Qishenyiqi dripping pills can improve the level of TIMP-1 and MMP-1 in patients with hepatic fibrosis.关键词
