Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of insulin-pump combined with astragalus injection on early dia-betic nephropathy(DN).Methods:68 cases of early DN patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in observed group.36 patients in control group.The patients of control group received routine subcutaneous injec-tions of insulin therapy.The patients of observed group received with short-term insulin pump intensive treatment combined with astragalus injection.Two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Urine microalbumin,urine microalbumin/urine creatinine,β2microglobulin,NAG,cystain C levels,glycated albumin(GA)of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,GA,mALB,UACR,Uβ2MG were improved in both two groups(P<0.05).GA,mALB,UACR,Cys-C and NAG of observed group were better than control group except Uβ2MG,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of short-term insulin-pump intensive stress combined with astragalus injection in treating early diabetic nephropathy is good.The method can control the development of diabetic nephropathy and it is worthy to promote in clinic.关键词
