小针刀疗法结合伤科熏洗汤熏洗治疗跟腱炎临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife therapy combined with fumigation and washing in the treatment of Achilles tendonitis,and provide a more effective method for the treatment of Achil-les tendonitis.Methods:Totally 90 patients were selected as study subjects,randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random sampling by computer,45 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupotomy combined with fumigated fumigation,while patients in the control group were treated with acupotomy alone.The VAS scores and Maryland foot function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the comprehensive effect of treatment.Results:before treatment,there was no comparable difference in VAS score and Maryland foot function score between the two groups(P> 0.05). On the 14th day after treatment,the VAS score and the Maryland foot function score of the two groups were de-creased,but the difference between the two groups was significant(P< 0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treat-ment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05);The results showed that the recurrence rate of each stage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of the small needle knife therapy combined with the fumigation and washing decoction in the treat-ment of Achilles tendinitis is significant.Safety and no side effects in the course of treatment,it is worth populari-zing.关键词
