软皮热敷散中芳香水的提取工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the aromaticextracting process of Ruanpi Refu powder.Methods:Ruanpi Refu powder was extracted by steam distillationand analysed byTLC,UV,HPLC.Results:Optimum aromatice-xtracting technology conditions were as follows:soaked for 45minutes and extracted 4 h with twenty times the a-mount of water,then filtrated and extracted 1 h with ten times the amount of water.Conclusions:The optimized ex-tracting technology ofRuanpiRefu powder is reasonable,stable,and feasible.The experimental results can be used foroffering references for it's industrial production.关键词
