摘要

Abstract

Smart house has gaining increasing popularity both in academic and industrial world. The smart house was devoted in creating a high quality of life based on technologies of the functional automation within residential buildings. This paper firstly retraces the concept of smart house based on literature review. Then it analyzes the design principals of smart house, further comparing the similarities and the differences between smart house and green house. This paper also investigates into six typical smart house projects in Japan, and finally establishes the index for smart house evaluation. It is held that there is concept overlaps between smart house and green house, which is majorly embodied in design parameters of respect for users, energy and water conservation, and climate adaption.
