摘要
Abstract
The integration of information and communication technology and smart home is the most competitive technology and industry in Taiwan. Furthermore, the building itself is also a place for the implementation of intelligence. Through the application of the integration of information and communication technology and smart home, it will connect the buildings and communities, as well as the entire public service system and urban development, and push the development of smart community by enhancing the green and smart buildings. This is in line with the current trend of the world's smart city development, but also become the crucial measures to promote the future economic growth of Taiwan and show the new opportunities of information strength. In this research, it will focus on the residential intelligence society of Taiwan and review the relative policies of the construction and development of smart community in Taiwan. At the same time, this research will present the last development of the smart community in Taiwan and discuss the multi-influence of the construction of smart community. At last, it will put forward a proposal to help the development of smart community and smart city.关键词
