城市众筹:英国的参与式城市营建治理方式
Civic Crowd-funding: A Participatory Mode of Urban Construction and Governance in the UK

Abstract
In post-crisis era, more developed countries are facing sluggish economy, tax revenue decline and other problems, whilst the city renewed demand and the related financial burdens are surging. Meanwhile, with the influence of neo-liberalism which intensified the gap between the rich and the poor, urban management has experienced a pursuit of 'right to the city' and the value of social justice, pluralism and humanism. In this context, civic crowd-funding, as a new mode of mobilizing social forces to participate in urban space construction and service supply, emerged against the information technology background. It has developed in a number of western countries and led a new mode of urban space construction and local governance. This paper focuses on the practice of civic crowd-funding in the UK and elaborates its platform design, functions, process and mechanisms through some statistics and materials analysis. It is argued in the paper that, civic crowd-funding is worthy of further attention for China's cities, with its value such as providing more refined urban services, cultivating sense of place, public spirit, artistic and cultural atmosphere and achieving public participation in urban construction and renewal.关键词
