褪黑素对单针藻油脂积累的影响

Abstract
The combination of plant hormones with photo-induction can effectively promote the lipids accumulation in microalgae, which are potential candidates for the production of renewable biodiesel. This study investigated the ef-fects of exogenous melatonin on the biomass and lipid biosynthesis in Monoraphidium sp.The results showed that compared with the control group (37.6%), the lipid contents of microalgae increased by 1.32, 1.24 and 1.16-fold by 1, 10 and 100 μmol/L melatonin treatment and photo-induction respectively, and the maximum lipid content was 49.6%. Moreover, the ROS and lipid biosynthesis-related enzyme activities were correlated with the increased lipid accumula-tion. Melatonin at 1μmol increased the levels of ROS, ACCase, and ME activities and significantly reduced PEPCase activity. These results showed that MT as an exogenous elicitor can effectively enhance the lipid accumulation in mi-croalgae, and that the combination of MT and photo-induction is an efficient strategy to promote the lipid accumulation.关键词
