Application of nono?based biosensors in food safty assessment

Abstract
Biosensors involve a wide detection range and can be applied to multiple targets detection. Here,we first introduce the mechanism of biosensors,then discuss several new technologies and their applications in food safety assessment including small-molecular organics,metal and multi-atom ions, biological toxins(bacteria and fungi)and pathogenic microorganisms.Nano based biosensors have been developed rapidly to modernize food safety assessment technologies.关键词
