Comparison of rapid detection methods for veterinary drug residues
摘要
Abstract
Veterinary drug residues are one of main non-conformity indicators of animal food,so the rapid detection methods for veterinary drug residues have gradually attracted wide public attention.In this review,rapid detection technologies of veterinary drug residues are comparatively reviewed.The strong and weak points of Raman spectroscopy,thin-layer chromatography,immunological techniques,biosensor technology and biochip technology are introduced,and possible future directions are also advised.It could provide certain references and guidance to develop and improve rapid detection technologies of veterinary drug residues in the future.关键词
