摘要

Abstract

Based on the monoclonal antibody for furazolidone metabolite,3-amino-2-oxazolidone(AOZ), and the indirect competitive immunoassay principle,the colloidal gold test strip was developed to detect AOZ in eggs.AOZ was derived by o-nitrobenzaldehyde and then was recognized by the antibody.The lowest detection limit was 0.02 μg/kg by naked eyes and the cut-off values was 0.5 μg/kg. The strip method could be used for rapid detection of furazolidone metabolite with high sensitivity.
