巨噬细胞与肝癌转移及临床预后关系研究
Macrophages relations with liver cancer metastasis and clinical prognosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between macrophage and metastasis of liver cancer and clini-cal outcome.Methods:retrospectively collected radical resection of liver cancer treatment of the clinical data of 90 patients with liver cancer,using immunohistochemical staining method to detect macrophages in the tissues of the specific markers of CD68 and the expression of VEGF,and clinical pathological parameters analysis,and study the correlation between the two.Results:the expression of CD68 and VEGF in liver cancer tissue was significantly high-er than normal liver tissue(P< 0.05);C-D cancer of the liver tissue of CD68 infiltration degree was significantly higher than A-B hepatocellular carcinoma tissue(P< 0.05),degree of lymphatic metastasis of liver cancer tissue of CD68 infiltration was significantly higher than without lymph node metastasis of liver cancer tissue(P< 0.05);A-B of VEGF expression in liver cancer tissue was significantly lower than phase C-D(P< 0.05),in lymphatic metas-tasis of liver cancer tissue expression of VEGF was significantly higher than without lymph node metastasis(P< 0. 05);The positive expression of VEGF in liver cancer tissue was positively associated with the expression of CD 68(P< 0.05).Conclusion:macrophage infiltration degree and the expression of VEGF levels are associated with tumor metastasis and clinical stage,and VEGF expression is positively related to relationship,CD68 is expected to become an important index to evaluate the degree of liver cancer progress,also provide new targets for improving the prog-nosis of liver cancer.关键词
