肿瘤坏死因子与子宫内膜异位症相关性研究
Effect of tumor necrosis factor on endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor TNF-α and endometriosis .Methods:87 cases of endometriosis patients was experimental group,the results of physical examination in the same period,92 cases of healthy women was the control group.serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α,TNF-β)levels were detected in two groups and analysis.Results:The levels of TNF-α and TNF-β in experimental group were com-pared with those in control group,Significant difference(P<0.05);The level of TNF-α and TNF-β in the experi-mental group was significantly higher than that in the I~II phase in the experimental group(III~IV),P<0.05;Two groups of secretory phase,proliferative phase were compared,P<0.05;Comparison of secretory phase and proliferative phase,no obvious differenceP>0.05;compared with before treatment,the levels of TNF-α and TNF-β were significantly decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05);patients with stage III~IV were compared with those before operation,TNF-α,TNF-β beta levels decreased more significantly(P<0.001);Serum TNF-α,TNF-β beta and afs-r score in patients with EMT showed linear correlation,P<0.05(r values were 0.88,0.76).Conclusion:The level of serum tumor necrosis factor is significantly higher in patients with endometriosis,serum tumor necrosis factor levels are significantly decreased after operation,there is a correlation between the serum level and the severity of the disease.关键词
