孕期胎儿颅后窝超声检查对开放性脊柱裂筛查的临床价值

Abstract
Objective:Explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of spina bifida in the pos-terior cranial fossa by exploring the ultrasonographic characteristics of the posterior cranial fossa.Methods:200 cases of normal fetus and open spina bifida fetus were selected as the research object,and the posterior fossa structure was used to screen the patients in 6 cases.Results:The normal fetus fetal head and arm length was significantly greater than that of open spina bifida fetus group(P<0.05);transparent layer group was significantly lower than that of normal fetal nuchal open spina bifida fetus group(P<0.05);open spina bifida patients with ultrasound image was not clear,figure 8 the midbrain and thalamus had different degrees of distortion or deformation,aqueduct disap-peared.The cerebral peduncle and lateral border of the thalamus near parallel tangent.Conclusion:The ultrasonic examination of the posterior cranial fossa in pregnancy can effectively screen the open spina bifida,which has high clinical value.关键词
