辅助生殖技术联合宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管性不孕安全性及疗效观察
Safety and efficacy of assisted reproductive technology combined with laparoscopy for treatment of tubal infertility

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of assisted reproductive technology combined with laparoscopy treatment in patients with tubal infertility.Methods:100 patients were randomly and equally divided into control group and experimental group.Control group was given laparoscopy treatment alone,while experimental group re-ceived assisted reproductive technology after laparoscopy treatment.The treatment effect and pregnancy were com-pared in two groups.Results:The overall response rate in experimental group(96.00%)was obviously higher than that in control group(54.00%),the difference showed statistical significance(χ2=24.5998,P=4.6 × 10-6). Pregnancy rate(64.00%)and percentage of abnormal follicles(10.00%)in experimental group were obviously im-proved,compared with pregnancy rate(28.00%)and percentage of abnormal follicles(42.00%)in control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 11.6345,11.6944,P=0.00065,0.00063),respectively.Conclu-sion:Assisted reproductive technology combined with laparoscopy is an effective treatment in patients with tubal in-fertility,it improves pregnancy rate and promotes the recovery of ovulation,being safe and reliable.关键词
