Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of HE4,CA125and D-dimer in early diagnosis of ovarian canc-er.Methods:69 cases of patients with ovarian cancer(ovarian cancer group),65 cases of benign ovarian cyst pa-tients(benign group),another 63 cases of healthy women(healthy group),three groups of members of the serum HE4,CA125and D-dimer were compared,and analysis of diagnostic efficacy of single or combined detection of.Re-sults:the ovarian cancer group HE4,CA125and D-dimer levels were significantly higher than benign group and healthy group(P< 0.05),benign group the level of HE4was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05),no statistical significance in benign group and healthy group of CA 125and D-dimer level difference(P >0. 05).The combined detection sensitivity of CAI125+ HE4was 90.31%,higher than the HE488.93%,CA12573. 71% and D-dimer 64.89%,and the combined detection sensitivity of CAI125+ HE4+D-dimer was 94.87%,three was not only higher than the single detection,combined detection of CAI125+ HE4is higher than 90.31%.Conclu-sion:the combined detection of serum HE4,CA125and D-dimer can improve the accuracy of early screening for ovar-ian cancer,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis,which is of great significance for the early treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.关键词
