多层螺旋CT用于胃肠道间质瘤诊断的临床研究
To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods:Twenty-five patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors who were hospitalized were examined by multi-slice spiral CT before and after multi-plane spiral CT scan.The findings of the diagnosis were jointly obtained by physicians and compared with histopathological diagnosis of surgical tumors.Results:13 cases of malignant GIST,6 cases of potential malignant GIST and 6 cases of benign GIST were found in this group. The accuracy of preoperative CT in diagnosing GIST was 92.00%.In GIST,there were 13 cases(52.00%)in stomach,6 cases(24.00%)in duodenum,2 cases(8.00%)in gastrointestinal tract and 4 cases Submucosal type in 12 cases(12.00%),intramural type in 12 cases(48.00%),and extra-gastrointestinal tract in 4 cases(16.00%), irregular shape in 17 cases(68.00%),circular or nearly circular in 8 cases(32.00%).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT is used in the clinical diagnosis of GIST,which is of great significance to the qualitative and localization of the tumor.It is helpful to judge the benign and malignant tumor and provide a powerful data for the development of the surgical plan.关键词
