Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sublingual immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis(AR)children of different ages,to determine whether any need for individual adjustment of dosage.Methods:134 children with AR aged 2~12 years old were divided into preschool age group with 58 cases and school-age group with 76 cases,and all of them were given sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops 1 ~ 4 according to the instructions.The rhinitis symptom score,drug score and nasal conjunctivitis life quality questionnaire(RQLQ)score were respectively evalua-ted before treatment and 12w,24w,48w and 72w after treatment.Results:The score of rhinitis symptoms of 12w after treatment in the preschool group was significantly lower than that in the school-age group(P< 0.05),and there were no statistically significant between the two groups of 12w,24w,48w and 72w after treatment(P>0. 05).There were no statistically significant on drug scores between the two groups of 12w,24w,48w and 72w after treatment(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant on RQLQ scores between the two groups of 12w,24w, 48w and 72w after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy on AR children with all ages are similar,and can get satisfactory results.关键词
