系统性红斑狼疮患者血清Hcy水平与病情严重程度相关性研究
The correlation between serum Hcy level and severity of systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum Homocysteine(Hcy)level and severity of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:71 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients as the research object,according to the disease activity and bone necrosis were divided into 34 cases of active SLE and inactive SLE 37 cases were admitted during the same period;choose healthy 36 cases as control group.The three groups were de-tected the serum level of Hcy,analyze the relationship between Hcy level and the activity of SLE.Results:SLE ac-tivity group Hcy,TC,TG,LDL levels were significantly higher than those in non SLE group and control group, HDL was significantly lower than that of the other two groups;SLE group Hcy,TC,TG activities and LDL levels were higher than the control group,HDL was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);the SLE activity of patients with SLEDAI score was significantly higher than that in non SLE group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum Hcy and SLEDAI in SLE disease activ-ity score was significantly positively correlated(P<0.05),however,serum Hcy and TG,TC,LDL and HDL no significant correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum Hcy level in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was significantly higher than that of normal people,the high level of Hcy is an independent risk factor of vascular le-sions in SLE patients,the level of SLE and the degree of disease activity was positively correlated,can be used as a clinical evaluation of SLE disease activity and degree of treatment effectiveness.关键词
