Violation behavior of pilots in standard operation procedure based on planned behavior
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the violation events of civil aviation pilots in standard operation procedures(SOP), the theory of planned behavior was taken as the support,and the influence of personal attitude,subjective norm, perceived behavioral control,management attitude and workload on the violation behavior of pilots in SOP was analyzed with the structural equation modeling(SEM). According to the results,the correction strategies to reduce the violation behavior of pilots in SOP were proposed. The results show that the perceived behavioral control and workload have noticeable positive effect on the violation intention in SOP. The management attitude and subjective norm have indirect effect on the violation intention in SOP through the mediating role of behavior attitude. The violation intention has noticeable positive effect on the violation behavior.关键词
