摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the excessive CO2problem discharged from the cement industry, a green CSA expansive agent taking the industrial by-products(fluidized bed boiler ash) as the raw materials was proposed. The basic properties and mechanical properties of new CSA expansive agent were investigated. The analysis was performed according to the XRD spectra,and the action mechanism of new CSA expansive agent was investigated. The results show that with increasing the temperature of fluidized bed boiler ash (FBA), the conversion rate of CSA expansive agent also increases. The hydration temperature is in proportion to the adding content of CSA expansive agent. In the drying shrinkage experiment, the length expansion effect of CSA expansion mortar specimens can reach 700 ×10 -6m after the standard curing for 35 d. In addition,the higher the content of CSA expansive agent is,the greater the compressive strength of mortar specimens is.
