摘要

Abstract

The effects of viscosity on the plasticity of the catalyst were investigated by analyzing the parameters of the particle size,particle size distribution,specific surface area and the amount of ammonia added. The results indicate that there is quite consistent dependence of plasticity on viscosity. The increase of viscosity leads to the higher plasticity. The higher viscosity is due to the smaller particle size. The denitrified nano-TiO2is affected by the particle size and particle size distribution. The change of specific surface area has little effect on the viscosity. The decrease of pH may be caused by the decomposition of ammonium sulfate salt in the nano-TiO2. The amount of ammonia added will affect the viscosity. By controlling the amount of ammonia added,the nano TiO2powder viscosity reaches the maximum,and the higher strength denitration catalyst precursor was prepared .
