多重物理交联强韧凝胶的合成及其油气封堵性能
Synthesis and oil/gas plugging performance of tough hydrogels cross-linked via multiple weak physical interactions

Abstract
The grafting copolymers have been synthesized as gelators by in-situ grafting copolymerization,in which acrylic acid,acrylamide,2-acrylanmido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and cationic monomer as functional monomers,undecylenic acid as hydrophobic monomer,and modified cellulose as grafting backbone. The tough hydrogel materials can be prepared with chromium potassium sulphate as metal cross-linker. The structure of grafting copolymers was characterized by FTIR and TG. The mechanical and oil/gas plugging performance of hydrogel materials are also investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of hydrogel materials with 7.0%(w) grafted copolymer can be up to 16 kPa when m(cross-linker):m(gel base) is 8:100. Meanwhile,when the cross-linker content is between 7:100 and 10:100,their compressive strength can be above 25 MPa. The excellent mechanical and oil/gas plugging performance of hydrogel materials should be contributed to the synergic cross-linking effect of multiple weak physical interactions,including metal coordination,hydrophobic associating interaction, electrostatic interaction and H-bonding,etc. On the other hand,it should be also noted that their oil/gas plugging ability can be reached to 10 MPa(based on the 100 m) when they are utilized to block the gas. As a novel oil/gas plugging materials,the tough hydrogel materials are of great significance in improving wellbore integrity and ensuring the safety of oil well construction.关键词
