摘要

Abstract

Cu/SBA-15 with 10%(w) loading of copper were prepared by wetness impregnation, deposition precipitation and ammonia evaporation(AE) methods respectively. It is used for selective hydrogenation of C18 methyl esters. The one CuSi-AE prepared by ammonia evaporation method was preference. The effects of temperature,pressure,weight hourly space velocity(WHSV) and volume ratio of hydrogen to ester on hydrogenation were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,N2adsorption-desorption and TEM. The results showed that the pore structure of the catalysts,types and dispersion of copper species were significantly affected by their preparation methods,and the highest catalytic activity was obtained with CuSi-AE. The results showed the catalyst CuSi-AE can operate continuously,efficiently and stably for more than 28 h at the conditions of 150 ℃,0.5 MPa,WHSV 3 h-1,and V(hydrogen):V(ester) 1 200,with 91.6% content of methyl oleate.
