Influence on the pyrolysis behavior of catalytic pyrolysis from larch impregnated with Cu-Zn chlorides

摘要

Abstract

The larch samples impregnated with CuCl2 and ZnCl2 were prepared. They were characterized by XRD and TG-FTIR. The thermogravimetric characteristics,kinetic rule and products releasing behavior of larch samples were investigated. The results showed that the content of residual carbon decreased gradually from 45.7%(w) to 29.8%(w) as the ZnCl2 amount in larch increased, indicating the improvement of pyrolysis conversion efficiency with ZnCl2. The small-molecule gases such as CO2 were promoted by CuCl2. The synergistic effect of CuCl2 and ZnCl2 occurred and decreased the activation energy in the pyrolysis process,resulting in promoting the formation of organic compounds such as phenols,aldehydes,carboxylic acids and ethers,etc.
