国产PEC-21前加氢催化剂在大庆石化的工业应用
Industrial application of domestic PEC-21 hydrogenation catalyst in Daqing Petrochemical Company
摘要
Abstract
In April 2017,acetylene front-end hydrogenation catalyst PEC-21 developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of Petrochina was carried out on the 270 kt/a ethylene plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company. PEC-21 catalyst was loaded in the first reactor by using of non-CO go into operation. After 4 h,export products qualified. The catalyst has good starting stability,continuous operation for more than 180 d,the catalyst's temperature growth rate is slow,meeting long-term stable operation requirements. The calibration results show that the average conversion of acetylene is 55.8%,ethylene selectivity is 95.4%,and propylene selectivity is 96.3%,which is better than that of technical agreement.关键词
