Abstract
A kind of aluminium triethanolamine cross-linker which can be effectively cross-linked with hydrolyzed polyacrylamide was synthesized from main raw materials including citric acid,AlCl3·6H2O,and triethanolamine. The suitable amounts of citric acid,AlCl3·6H2O and triethanolamine,as well as preparation temperature and reaction time were determined,and the effects of cross-linker and polyacrylamide concentrations on cross-linking and gelation time were investigated. The experimental results indicated that when the amounts of citric acid,AlCl3· 6H2O,triethanolamine and fresh water were 19.2,48,35,100 g,respectively,the preparation temperature was 50 ℃,and the reaction time was 1 h,the prepared aluminium triethanolamine cross-linker had an optimum performance. Compared with chromium and resin cross-linkers,the gelation time of the gel formed by mixing the aluminium triethanolamine cross-linker with the polyacrylamide was relatively long,while achieving minimum sedimentary water 30 d later and better anti-shearing performance. Thus,this cross-linker was a high-performance and environmentally friendly cross-linker.关键词
