Intellectual Property Crisis Management of University Libraries under the Mobile Social Network Environment
摘要
Abstract
Mobile social network is one of the important environments of current readers to survive digitally, it puts forward new requirements for the information service of the library, and the application of knowledge fragmentation etc, which will touch the bottom line of intellectual property right once again. This paper discusses the characteristics of mobile social network and its influence on university library, expounds the basic concept, content and operation mechanism of intellectual property crisis management in university library. Finally, this paper analyzes the internal management and external development of library intellectual property under the new environment of mobile social, and proposes the strategy of intellectual property management of university library from the perspective of crisis management by using SWOT combination strategy.关键词
