By analyzing the current service types of libraries based on the mobile Internet environment, and with the advent of the era of intelligent digitalization, the demand of libraries to develop the "card-free" service, this paper take East China Normal University Library "card-free" innovation case as an example to introduce an new library service innovation model.关键词
