子宫内膜搔刮术对不孕女性妊娠结局的影响
Effect of endometrial scratching on pregnancy outcome in infertile women undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of endometrial scratching on pregnancy outcome in infertile women undergoing IVF or ICSI.Methods:A total of 142 infertile women enrolled from Jan.2012 to Dec.2014.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group (n =70) and control group (n =72).The patients underwent endometrial scratching in follicular phase or mid-luteal phase before IVF/ICSI-ET in the intervention group,which was not performed in the control group.The general status and the pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in age,duration of infertility,infertile causes,body mass index and other general conditions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant differences in implantation rate(27.2％ vs.26.7％),biochemical pregnancy rate(54.3％ vs.52.8％),clinical pregnancy rate(41.4％ vs.41.7％),miscarriage rate(3.4％ vs.3.3％),multiple pregnancy rate (34.5％ vs.30.0％),andthe live birth rate(35.7％ vs.40.3％)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Once endometrial scratching in follicular or luteal phase before the first IVF/ICSI cycle does not improve the pregnancy outcome in infertile women.关键词
