黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶在FET周期不同内膜准备方案中黄体支持的效果分析
Effects of progesterone sustained-release vaginal gel for luteal phase support in different endometrial preparation schemes for frozen-thawed cycle

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of progesterone sustained-released vaginal gel(Crinone 8％)for luteal phase support in frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)in different endometrial preparation.Methods:The clinical data of 260 patients undergone hormone replacement FET cycles(group A)and 300 patients undergone natural FET cycles(group B)in our Reproduction Center from October 2015 to May 2017 were retrospective analyzed.According to the luteal phase support regimen,the patients in group A were further assigned to the progesterone injection and dydrogesterone tablets group(group A1,n=186)or progesterone sustained-release vaginal gel and dydrogesterone tablets group (group A2,n =74).The patients in group B were further assigned to the progesterone injection and dydrogesterone tablets group (group B1,n =234)or progesterone sustained-release vaginal gel and dydrogesterone tablets group B2 (group B2,n=66).The effects of lutealphase support and pregnancy status in the same FET cycle were compared among the different luteal phase support regimens group.Results:There were no significant differences in age,BMI,duration of infertility,endometrial thickness on the day of transfer,and number of high quality embryos between group A1 and A2 & group B1 and B2(P＞0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate(58.11％ vs.40.86％)and continuous pregnancy rate (50.00％ vs.36.02％)in group A2 were significantly higher than those in group A1(P＜0.05),but the differences of clinical pregnancy rate(42.42％ vs.40.60％)and continuous pregnancy rate(39.39％ vs.37.18％)were not significant between group B1 and B2 embryos(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Progesterone sustained-release vaginal gel can be used for luteal phase support in FET cycle,which is favorable for improving the clinical pregnancy rate.关键词
