Abstract

The requirements of post-construction settlement of high-speed railway, especially of the ballastless track high-speed railway,are very strict. The construction activities(e. g. excavation,filling and foundation treatment) adjacent to the existing high-speed railway may produce new settlement deformation. How to avoid these impacts is worthy of in-depth study, and therefore corresponding engineering measures are put forward. Composite foundation treatment measures such as filling light weight soil together with sheet piles(rafts) are commonly adopted in subgrade construction parallel to the existing high-speed railway. According to the actual situation and the results of finite element calculation and considering the interference factors of construction and investment, this paper puts forward an innovative scheme that combines reinforced steep slope and pile raft structure with framework in the construction of the Newly-built Zhengzhou-Jinan dedicated passenger railway, which runs parallel to Xinxiangdong Station of the existing Beijing-Guanzhou dedicated passenger railway. The scheme can provide reference for similar engineering projects.
