摘要
Abstract
Intelligent flushing of electric railway insulators is an effective way to solve the disadvantages of artificial washing,and the key to intelligent flushing is to identify and locate the insulator. Through the analysis of the current intelligent flushing devices, a method for tracking railway insulator is proposed. Based on sensor information, heuristic Q(λ) algorithm is used to quickly and accurately find the insulator. First, the insulator flushing environment model is established, then the problem of slow convergence caused by blind learning of the traditional Q(λ) learning algorithm is solved by adjusting the reward function design through pillar marking introduction. The heuristic strategy function is designed and integrated in Q(λ) learning to improve the learning and convergence speed of the algorithm. Finally,the Matlab simulation experiment is carried out based on the two learning algorithms and optimal parameter settings are determined. The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the heuristic Q(λ) learning algorithm.关键词
