Labor Unions'Participation in the Modernization of National Governance System
摘要
Abstract
National governance system acts as the carrier of national governance capacity.Moderni-zation of national governance capacity cannot be achieved without modernization of national govern-ance system.Labor union is an important group organization in our country,which plays an impor-tant role in the social governance system of multiple compositions dominated by the Party and gov-ernment.Labor unions'participation in social governance is of great significance to the improve-ment of the national governance system and the modernization of the national governance capacity. At present,labor union should focus on the following four aspects:organize and mobilize workers to promote economic development;express the interests orderly and maintain political stability;safeguard the rights and interests of workers and establish harmonious labor relations;participate in public governance and promote the good governance of government.关键词
