Abstract
With the improvement of our living standard,beef products play important role in ethnic areas inhabitants di-ets,and the beef consumption increases quickly and covers large portion among meats.Understanding the main factors that influence the beef supplies in ethnic areas is very meaningful for the balance of supplies and balance of beef in ethnic areas.关键词
