摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of the fiber weight on basalt fiber suspension and the properties of basalt fiber wet-laid felt,an experimental group of different fiber weight and a control group of acid treatment are designed.Basalt fiber wet-laid felt is manufactured by wet-laid technology,and the effect of drying condition on the felt is investigated.The test result shows that the fiber suspension after acid treatment is significantly better than the untreated fi-ber suspension.When the fiber weight is between 3 g and 3.5 g,fiber suspension has the best dispersion and the associated product is uniform.The best drying time is 1 h,the drying tem-perature 90 ℃.
