摘要
Abstract
In the condition that the OUPA(over voltage and under voltage protective device with auto-reclosing function) in low-voltage power system only has the physical entities,and hasn't the mathematical model,the Boolean algebra is first used to describe the OUPA,which can fill in its theory blank from the perspective of mathematics modeling. The mathematical model was established and optimized. Aiming at the relay misoperation in low voltage line generated by the variation of power factor, the logic gate circuit is deemed as the basis and the high-speed low-power consumption processor is taken as the kernel to rede-sign a new generation OUPA model,which lays the theoretical foundation for the synchronous control of intelligent interconnec-tion OUPA in three-phase line.关键词
