基于层次分析法的大学生就业质量评价

Abstract
The college students employment quality evaluation has complex process,and is affected by many factors. The traditional methods are difficult to obtain the high-precision evaluation results of college students employment quality. In order to improve the evaluation effect of college students employment quality,a college students employment quality evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was designed. The index system of college students employment quality evaluation was established with experts experience. The weight of each index is quantified with AHP. The neural network is used to train the processed samples,and establish the evaluation model of college students employment quality. The instance analysis was per-formed for the model. The result shows this method can evaluate the employment quality of college students accurately,and its evaluation results are credible and effective.关键词
