碱脲体系对稻草化机浆制浆性能的影响
Modification on the Chemi-mechanical Pulping Property of Rice Straw with Alkali-urea System

Abstract
NaOH-thiourea-urea aqueous solution was used to modify the chemi-mechanical pulping property of rice straw. The effects of alkali dosage, soaking time, treating temperature, and treating time were evaluated by single-factor experiments. The analysis of FT-IR, XRD and SEM was applied to show the variations on the micro-properties of the rice straw and pulp fibers. The optimal conditions were determined as an alkali dosage of 6%, a soaking time of 15min, a freezing temperature of -5℃, and a freezing time of 60 min. Compared with those of the bleached chemi-thermo-mechanical pulp, the refining energy of the bleached chemi-mechanical pulp prepared with the NaOH-thiourea-urea aqueous solution was decreased by 18.6%, the accept yield was increased by 3.8%, the whiteness was increased by 4.4%, the tensile index was increased by 12.8%, the burst index was increased by 15.7%, and the bulk was decreased by 2.9%. There were no significant effects on the structure of the functional groups and crystalline region, or the integral fiber morphology of the rice straw chips, however, there were a little more damages on the single fiber surface morphology of the bleached pulp prepared with the NaOH-thiourea-urea aqueous solution.关键词
